Accessibility statement
This statement applies to the website at getmytrader.co.uk. It was last reviewed on 9 September 2026.
Our commitment
GET MY TRADER LTD wants customers and traders to be able to use this service regardless of disability, technology or access need. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our practical accessibility benchmark and keep our duties under the Equality Act 2010 under review.
Current status
Before launch, we reviewed the main public journeys including the homepage, posting a job, customer and trader registration and login, reviews, pricing, contact and policy pages. The review covered keyboard access, visible focus, headings, form labels, error messages, image alternatives, responsive layout and reduced-motion preferences. No known issue currently prevents completion of those core public journeys.
Using this website
- Use the keyboard to move through links, buttons and form fields.
- Use the skip link at the start of each page to reach the main content.
- Zoom or reflow the page using your browser settings.
- Reduce animation through your device's motion settings.
- Use form labels and text error messages with assistive technology.
Known limitations
Content uploaded by customers or traders, such as photographs and documents, may not always meet the same standard. Third-party services opened from this website are controlled by their providers. We continue to test signed-in dashboards and new features as the service changes.
Feedback and assisted support
If you cannot access any part of the service, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility problem, email support@getmytrader.co.uk. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty and what support would help. We aim to reply within two working days.
Review process
We review accessibility before launch, after significant service changes, when a reported problem identifies a wider issue, and at least annually. We record findings, fixes and retest evidence in the compliance records.
